Certification and Conflict of Interest

Dymer India Certifications Pvt. Ltd. recognizes that a certification body’s source of revenue comes from the client paying for certification. This creates a potential threat to impartiality, so Dims Services Pvt. Ltd. has implemented a number of controls to ensure impartiality is maintained throughout the audit and certification process.

Certification decisions are made based on objective evidence of conformity or nonconformity, without influence from other interests or parties. These decisions are made by a competent certification committee who was not responsible for the audit and was not part of the audit team.
