Logo Misuse and Guidelines for Use of Dymer India Certifications Pvt. Ltd. Marks, Logos, and Symbols

The use of Dymer India Certifications Pvt. Ltd. (DYMER INDIA) marks, logos, and symbols is strictly regulated to maintain the integrity and reputation of the certification process. A company certified by DYMER INDIA may use the DYMER INDIA logo on company letterheads and literature, subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Guidelines for Use of DYMER INDIA Logo

  • The symbol may only be used in association with certification granted by DYMER INDIA, and must not be misused.
  • Clients where DYMER INDIA has certified subsidiaries, divisions, or departments (and not the whole company) must ensure they use the certification logo with care to avoid misrepresenting the scope of certification.
  • The symbol shall not be used on product packaging, laboratory tests, calibration reports, or any material that could imply product conformity with DYMER INDIA certification.
  • The certification mark can be reproduced in a single color that is unlimited, but should ideally conform to the preprinted stationery or promotional materials of the client company.
  • Clients may include a statement on product packaging that indicates they have a certified management system, but must not imply that the product or service itself is certified. The statement should clearly include the brand name, the type of management system certified, and the name of DYMER INDIA.

Use of Accreditation Board Marks, Logos, and Symbols

  • The accreditation logo may only be used when the client’s scope is covered under DYMER INDIA's accreditation.
  • The logo should not be used in a way that misleads the reader about the accreditation status of the certification body or the certified body.
  • The accreditation logo shall not be displayed on product packaging, labels, publicity materials, or written announcements suggesting that the accreditation body has certified or approved any product or service of the certified body.
  • The logo must not be used on vehicles except in the context of large public advertisements or on buildings and flags.

Discontinuation of Certification Logo and Accreditation Mark

  • Clients must immediately discontinue use of the DYMER INDIA certification logo and/or accreditation mark under the following conditions:
    • The certification has lapsed, been suspended, or withdrawn;
    • The client has made changes to their quality system that have not been accepted by DYMER INDIA, affecting their qualification for certification;
    • The client has failed to implement system requirement changes issued by DYMER INDIA;
    • Any other circumstances that negatively affect the client's quality system certification by DYMER INDIA, as specified in the contract agreement.

Misuse and Penalty

Any misuse of the DYMER INDIA certification logo or accreditation mark will lead to corrective actions, withdrawal of certification, publication of the transgression, and, if necessary, other legal action.
